"This is a cute new spot adding some spice to my neighborhood.  As someone who is accustomed to every kind of cuisine she wants located within a short distance, moving to the suburbs was a killer to my dining experience and late night cravings.  Seriously, how many house of pizzas and sub shops does a town need???  Other than scorpion bowls and pu pu platters, there ain't much flava here.  That is why I am so glad a new Thai restaurant has made Weymouth its home.  Even better, its only  5 minutes away from me and the food is actually good.  Tom Yum soup is a must for me and this one was pretty good.  My belly also enjoyed the Rad Na with beef.  Veggies were fresh and sauce was flavorful.  I also liked that they cut the Chinese broccoli into bite size pieces, making it a lot easier to eat.  Can't comment on the service as I did take-out"

"I looooove this cute, new place! Being a bona fide San Franciscan has spoiled me with only the most authentic, mouth-watering (and AFFORDABLE) cuisines from all over the world, and now I am a complete foodie snob. When it comes to Asian food, especially, I am not the greatest fan of that gimmicky word that newer restaurants love to use, you know the hipster slang, "fusion," when it most often leads to disappointing, whitified interpretations of beloved dishes.

Unfortunately, I've found non-Americanized Asian food to be excruciatingly hard to come by in Boston. (Yes, I have eaten at Chinatown many, many times over and am exasperated by its bombardment of let downs, and, no, I am NOT being harsh.) But I am obviously not writing this review for the sake of bitchin' about the Mass lack of desirable Asian food. I feel like it is my duty, as a San Francisco dining professional, to let everyone know what Thai food is supposed to taste like. :]

I thoroughly enjoyed the bold flavors and textures of the Thai dishes that I ordered from Lime Leaf. The Lime Leaf Triangle appetizer is a new dish that I've never tried at any Thai restaurant before, and it is a MUST-TRY if you love fried things, as I shamelessly do. The filling was succulent and, overall, it was light, non-greasy, and put Gyoza (potstickers) to shame! I also loved the Tom Khar coconut soup. Mmmm... what a comforting treat to sip slowly on a cold, winter's day. It seriously made me question why I ever hated coconut when I was a kid. Clearly, I was deluded.

Onto the main course: my boyfriend and I received 2 generous servings of Thai Fried Rice with many big pieces of shrimp and chicken and my new favorite, Crispy Chicken Basil! No words can describe how much I enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Basil-- JUST ORDER IT. I normally just eat until I am no longer hungry, but on that particular evening, I ate until I had DIFFICULTY BREATHING. It was that good. Of course, I had to order the Fried Ice Cream because, well... it's fried. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Lime Leaf doesn't serve the panko-breaded tempura fried ice cream that they typically serve in Japanese restaurants. This one consisted of coconut ice cream lovingly engulfed by a mysteriously rich, spherical shell of fried, hot dough, drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream, a cherry, and I could've sworn there were rainbow sprinkles on it, too. The fatty in me was crying for me to order more, but I shut her up. It was for our own
 good.

Living in JP won't stop me from happily driving back to Weymouth over and over again for some more Lime Leaf goodness... and you definitely should, too. Oh, yeah, and the service was courteous, prompt, and very attentive. Lime Leaf is fully awesome."

"Longing for the taste of authentic Thai food, I traveled all the way to Weymouth with four of my friends from Boston to try this new restaurant. We were so happy that we did. This restaurant is so adorable and comfortable . The food was absolutely by far one of the top Thai dinners I have had in a while. Everything was freshly prepared. We had mango curry that was to die for, a pad Thai that was actually not heavy, a mixed appetizer plate that had a little bit of everything, and the RIBS...mmmmm... There is no hesitation in my mind that we will make the trip to Weymouth again and again because it will be hard for another Thai restaurant to compete."
